What this website provides

MedLantern provides cost information and assistance exploring medical travel in China. We are not a hospital or an emergency service. Website content and the AI assistant are not medical advice, diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Your own clinicians and the treating hospital decide clinical suitability.

Request first. Agree the service before paying.

Submitting an enquiry is free and does not create a booking or take a payment. The team first checks whether the request is within scope. Before you pay, we will agree the service, what can be verified, the delivery deadline and the available payment method. A website price is not confirmation of a hospital slot, an accepted case or an available payment facility.

The $9.90 Quote Pack

The published service fee is US$9.90. The pack sets out named provider options where available, source-linked costs, what is included or excluded, open questions and practical next steps. Unconfirmed items must be labelled. It is not a reservation, medical consultation or guarantee of admission.

The target turnaround is within 48 hours after we have accepted the scope, received the agreed payment and have the necessary non-clinical details. We confirm the deadline before payment. If we cannot provide the agreed quote, the quote fee is refunded; the fee is credited toward a later MedLantern service you book. Ask us to resolve a cancellation before work begins. Nothing here limits rights that apply to you by law.

Costs and independent providers

Hospital fees, tests, implants, medicines, travel, visas and accommodation are separate unless expressly included in a written agreement. You pay treating providers directly. Public fee schedules and old published prices can differ from the final bill for your case; each guide's source and verification date describe its evidence, not a current offer. Hospital mentions do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Travel and follow-up

Do not book travel based only on this site. Confirm hospital acceptance, clinical requirements, appointment availability, entry rules and follow-up arrangements first. Entry permission, treatment outcomes, insurance reimbursement and fitness to fly cannot be guaranteed by MedLantern.

Questions or a problem

Use the contact form and include your enquiry reference. Never put payment-card details or medical records in that form. These terms explain the current enquiry and information service; any further service agreement must identify its scope and responsible provider before payment.
